All packages are insured for the full price of the contents. In the event that your package is lost or damaged, we can collect on insurance and reimburse you. In the event of damage, you MUST retain all packaging as USPS may request to inspect it in-store. This is rare that they actually request this but is a possibility, so please retain all packaging in the event of damage.
Processing time on all orders is about 20-25 business days. Some delays on this timeline may occur due to ongoing power grid issues in the US Virgin Islands, where we are based. We understand these timelines are unusual but it is what can be managed. We thank you for your patience.
